It is my great pleasure to invite you to the 34th International Congress of the ISBT to be held in Dubai, UAE, from 3rd to 8th September, 2016.
The ISBT scientific secretary is working with the ISBT working parties and local organizing committee to develop an excellent scientific program that covers blood transfusion process from vein to vein where educational, clinical and developmental needs of a wide spectrum of participants from different part of the world can be met.
The scientific program will offer you a number of tracks to guide you through different topics such as donor recruitment, clinical transfusion. transfusion technology and quality, blood safety, immune haematology, new cellular therapies and management and organisation.
The Congress will take place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre (DICEC) which is centrally located in Dubai and is a 2 minute walk from the onsite Dubai Trade Centre metro station, which links the Centre to the airport and other city hotels and attractions. DICEC also offers over 20 restaurants, cafes and bars and 3 hotels (3* and 4*) with 1, 200 rooms. Other 3*, 4* and 5* hotels are located close by.
