How to Register
Pre-registration via the website has been closed. Only onsite registration will be accepted.
It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed.
Every delegate, including invited delegates and accompanying persons, must be registered.
What does the registration fee cover?
- Delegates
Admission to Scientific Programme, Exhibition, Satellite Symposia, Congress Bag, Final Programme, Certificate of Attendance, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail Party.
- Accompanying persons
Opening Ceremony, Welcome Cocktail Party and day tour
Payment
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro.

Early registration will only apply when the payment is received on or before April 30, 2012
Late registration will apply when the payment is received between May 1 and June 3, 2012
Onsite registration fee will apply as of June 4, 2012
* For ISBT & AMMTAC members who paid the membership fee for 2012/2013 the membership number must be provided.
** Low HDI and Medium HDI are according to the UNDP list. To check the category of the country you are based, please click here.
*** To qualify for the students fee, the applicant’s registration must be accompanied by a letter from the academic institution confirming your student registration.
**** Accompanying persons will not be allowed to attend the Scientific Sessions, only one accompanying person per delegate
***** The Abstract book and Science Series will not be included in the congress bag, unless you register for these items.
****** An one Day Exhibition fee will only give you entrance to the Exhibition. You will not be allowed to attend the Scientific Sessions and no congress materials are included.
If you are not an ISBT member and would like to register for the congress at the ISBT member rate, please become a member first! Once you have received your membership number, you are able to register for the member rate.
Cancellation of registration
The deadline for cancellation of registration is June 3, 2012. The Congress Organiser must be notified in writing of any cancellations.
An administration fee of € 100.00 will be charged for all cancellations. Payments will be refunded after the Congress. Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after June 3, 2012.
After June 3, 2012 registration via the website will not be possible and you are requested to register onsite at the Congress.
Insurance
The congress organiser cannot accept responsibility for accidents that might occur. Delegates are encouraged to obtain travel insurance (medical, personal accident and luggage) in their home country prior to departure.
