Where and how can I get a tourist visa to visit Mexico?
If you are travelling from the Middle East and most African countries that are not listed above, you should start preparing your visa application as soon as possible (a lot of paperwork needs to be filled). You may contact B.P. Servimed to help you with the application through the National Institute of immigration.

1) Delegates holding an ordinary passport who need a visa can apply for it at any Mexican
    Consulate or Embassy.

Delegates shall submit personally or send through a third person or institution the following documents:
• Passport (valid for at least 6 months after the entry into Mexico).
• Diplomatic or official letter issued by the accrediting government, requesting the visa.
• Visa application form duly filled (visa application form).
• Front view passport photo in color.
• Consular fee if it applies due to the nationality of the applicant (US $36 or the equivalent in other
  currencies).

2) Delegates holding a valid passport residing in a country where there is no Mexican
    Embassy or Consulate may:
• Send original documentation to a third person residing in a country where there is a Mexican Embassy
to apply for the visa and return the passport with the visa to its holder.
• Request their Embassies in countries where there is a Mexican representation to personally submit
their passports and required documents to apply for a visa. Once they get the visas, the applicants
own Embassies will return the passports to their holders.
• Attend personally any Mexican representative office in order to obtain their visas during a stop-over
  in their trip to Mexico.
Note: No visas will be issued at any Mexican port of entry

Please ensure you allow enough time to start this procedure at least 3 months before the start of the congress. The ISBT cannot be held responsible if your Visa is not approved and registration fees cannot be remitted.
