How to Register
Pre-registration via the website has been closed. Only on-site registration will be accepted. If you have not settled your payment yet, we advice you to do this as soon as possible.

Payment
Registration fees are to be paid in Euro.

What does the Registration Fee Cover?
- Participants
Admission to Scientific Programme, Exhibition, Satellite Symposia, Abstract Book, Congress Bag, ISBT Scientific Series, Final Programme, Certificate of Attendance, Lunches, Coffee Breaks, Opening Ceremony and Welcome Cocktail Party.
- Accompanying persons
Opening Ceremony, Welcome Cocktail Party and day tour

Cancellation of Registration
Please note that no refunds can be made for cancellations after October 28, 2011.

Insurance
By registering for the 22nd Regional Congress of the ISBT, participants agree that neither the
organising committee nor the congress organisers assume any liability whatsoever. Delegates are
encouraged to obtain travel insurance (medical, personal accident and luggage) in their home
country prior to departure.

Fees
If you are not an ISBT member and would like to register for the congress at the ISBT member rate, please visit the ISBT website and become a member. Once you have received your membership number, you can register for the congress via the link below.

Please note the Chinese Day will be spoken in Chinese only and does NOT include any congress materials.
* For ISBT members and for members of the Taiwan Society who paid the membership fee for 2011/2012, the membership number must be provided,
** To qualify for the students fee, the applicant's registration form must be accompanied by a letter from the academic institution confirming your student registration.
*** Accompanying persons will not be allowed to attend ANY of the Scientific Sessions. Only one accompanying person per delegate.
**** The ISBT Academy Day Only ticket does NOT include the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and any congress materials. Simultaneous interpretation in Chinese will be provided.
