Aim: To describe the challenges related to procurement, production and clinical use of COVID-19 convalescent plasma, contrasting potential differences between high-, low and middle income countries.

Prior knowledge required: Two papers have been recently published by the ISBT Convalescent Plasma Working Group: Clinical use of Convalescent Plasma in the COVID‐19 pandemic; a transfusion‐focussed gap analysis with recommendations for future research priorities and Guidance for the Procurement of COVID‐19 Convalescent Plasma: Differences between High and Low‐Middle Income Countries.
Target audience: The webinar is intended for a broad audience: blood bankers, transfusion practitioners, master of PhD students, managers, technicians etc.
