Access Information 

I have not registered yet, how can I register for ISBT2022 Virtual online?
You can access the Congress website and click on “Register for ISBT2022”. Once you are on to the registration platform, you can register for the congress, also still when the congress is already live. 

How can I access the ISBT2022 Virtual platform? 
You will receive (or have already received) an email from [email protected] with your log-in details. 
You can still register at any time and, after processing your online ISBT2022 Virtual registration, you automatically receive a confirmation email. Your login instructions will be sent in a separate email. 

Please note that access to the platform will only be provided once the full payment of your registration fee has been received.

NOTE: If you have registered for the on-demand only option, you will not have access during the live days and can only login to the platform as of the 9th of June.

When can I activate my access?  
The platform will be open from the 30th of May. You can then start exploring the platform and marking any sessions of your interest in your agenda. 
When will the content be available to view? 
Please have a look at the ISBT Timetable for all sessions happening during the ISBT2022 Virtual congress.
Is the access code case-sensitive? 
Yes, you must enter the password exactly as it was provided. We advise that you copy-paste the password and to make sure that there are no ‘spaces’ before or after password in the field. 

I did not receive my login instructions, what do I do? 
The personalized login instructions were sent by email to all registered and paid participants. If you did not receive the email with your login information, there are a few possible reasons: 

  • Check your spam folder: It is possible that the email with your personalized login instructions was received in your spam folder. Kindly check the folder for our emails from [email protected]
  • Check your payment status: The login instructions were only sent to participants who paid their registration fee in full. If you have not yet processed your payment or you have any questions regarding your payment status, please contact the Congress Secretariat via [email protected].
  • Check with the person who processed your registration: In case you did not process the registration yourself, please check with the person who registered you. The login instructions were sent to the email address provided during the registration, so it might be that the information was send to the email address of the person who processed the registration on your behalf. Please contact this person to check if they have received the instructions. 

If you still could not locate your login instructions, you can reach the Congress Secretariat via email or via the chat on the bottom-right of this page.  

 My access is not working, what do I do? 
You can access the platform via the general link to the ISBT2022 Virtual platform. Here you need to login with the username and password as stated in the email. Please copy-paste the password exactly as it is stated in the email, the password is case-sensitive and must be entered without a space before or after the password.  
If you still have difficulties activating your profile, please contact our team via the chat on the bottom-right of this page. 

How many times can I view the sessions? 
Once you have successfully activated your profile you can return to view the recordings at any time and view sessions as many times as you want until 3 months after the congress.
How long will I have access to the ISBT2022 Virtual platform? 
Following the congress, all sessions will be available on the congress platform for delegates to watch on demand for 3 months after the congress. The platform will close on August 31, 2022.

Where can I find the full programme? 
The full programme is available on the Congress website as well as directly on the ISBT 2022 Virtual Platform via the live sessions tab. 
What if I would like to join, but I am not available on the congress dates?
All sessions will be recorded and are available for 3 months after the congress. You can register for the on-demand only registration category which is a discounted fee. All registration information can be found here.

Can I earn CME points by attending ISBT2022 Virtual programme? 
Yes, the ISBT2022 Virtual congress is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH). Participants will earn credits for each of the educational sessions viewed on the ISBT2022 Virtual platform. A certificate of attendance will be send to you after the congress live days.
What can I expect from ISBT2022 Virtual programme? 
The ISBT2022 virtual congress is an innovative learning experience hosted entirely online. It will allow attendees to browse through all activities (live and on-demand sessions, ePosters, sponsored sessions, etc.) with presentations from worldwide experts in their field.  
Will all abstracts be available on the platform? 
Yes, all abstracts, oral presentations and poster presentation, are available on the platform. 

Will I be able to request a presentation certificate?
Yes, upon request. You can send an email to [email protected]

Sponsoring & Exhibition

Will my data be shared with sponsors and exhibitors? 
Your data will only be shared if you actively click on sponsored content or visit a company page. Sponsored content can be recognized by a sponsor name or logo. Please note everything on the platform is “clickable”, therefore, if you click on content or a logo your data will be shared with that specific sponsor or exhibitor. 

How can I find a sponsor or exhibitor? 
On the platform, you can visit the Sponsor section. Here a full overview of all sponsors can be found.  

How can I interact with sponsors? 
Each sponsor or exhibitor has their own exhibitor page. Here there are several ways to communicate with the sponsor. There are no official opening hours of the exhibition (sponsor area) so it is possible a sponsor does not have any staff online at the time you try to reach them. Please make sure to send them a message or use the contact form.

Networking: how can I interact with fellow participants?

Direct Message
We offer a chat on the main page of the platform. Via the chat you can have a live interaction with everyone who is currently on the platform. Reach out to your peers and have a conversation!  
During the live sessions there will be a chat available for all delegates to interact. 

Use the Q&A section in the sessions to ask your questions during the sessions.

You can send a Direct Message to the sponsors or video-chat with the sponsors of ISBT2022 Virtual.

Technical Information

What device can I use to access ISBT2022 Virtual? 
This platform is accessible via any device that can connect to the Internet via an Internet browser; this could be your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. The experience is fully responsive to any device. If you login with the same account from a different device, you pick up from where you left off. You can log in from different devices on your ISBT2022 Virtual congress account. However, note that you can only watch sessions on one device at a time. For the best experience we do recommend you join the congress via desktop or laptop.
How do I watch presentations on my mobile device? 
This platform is mobile responsive and is automatically formatted to play on most mobile devices. Simply log in on your mobile device. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every mobile device as operating system requirements frequently vary. 

Are there any technical requirements needed to access ISBT2022 Virtual? 
This platform is designed to be easily accessible for all delegates. To access the platform, you will simply need a device with audio (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and a stable Internet connection. 
In order to have the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, but other browsers such as Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. We do not recommend Internet Explorer as some functions, such as the chat, are not fully supported. 
Google Chrome is recommended (preferably the latest version, but the platform also supports Edge, Firefox, and Safari. Internet Explorer 11+ is supported but is not recommended. Previous versions of Internet Explorer are not supported.
As this is a virtual conference you will need a stable internet connection. You should have a bandwidth speed of 1.5 - 5 Mbps for high definition video. Minimum bandwidth speed is 400 Kbps for standard definition video (or lower resolution). Hardwiring through an ethernet cable may provide a faster connection.

By default all content is accessible if your device is not running on a VPN. However, we cannot control the default restrictions set by your internet provider, organization, or state. If you will be logging on using a workplace device, you can provide the following information to your organization's IT team:

To access the live video: we are going to stream via Amazon IVS platform - Protocol HLS port 80,443. On-demand videos will be hosted by Vimeo.
