How can I access the ISBT In Focus platform?
You will receive (or have already received) an email from noreply@ with your log-in details. nexisit.net
You can still register at any time and after processing your online ISBT IN FOCUS registration, you automatically receive a confirmation email. Your login instructions will be sent in a separate email.

Please note that access will only be provided once full payment of your registration fee has been received.
When can I activate my access?
The platform will be open from the 31st of May. You can then start creating your account
When will the content be available to view?
Please have a look at the live schedule for all sessions happening during ISBT In Focus.
Is the access code case-sensitive?
Yes, you must enter the password exactly as it was provided. We advise that you copy-paste the password and to make sure that there are no ‘spaces’ before or after password in the field.
I did not receive my login instructions, what do I do?
The personalized login instructions were sent by email on 31 May 2021 to all registered and paid participants. If you did not receive the email with your login information, there are a few possible reasons:
- Check your spam folder: It is possible that the email with your personalized login instructions was received in your spam folder. Kindly check the folder for our emails from noreply@. nexisit.net
- Check your payment status: The login instructions were only sent to participants who paid their registration fee in full. If you have not yet processed your payment or you have any questions regarding your payment status, please contact the Congress Secretariat via firstname.lastname@example.org
- Check with the person who processed your registration: In case you did not process the registration yourself, please check with the person who registered you (for example a group leader or an assistant). The login instructions were sent to the email address provided during the registration, so it might be that the information was send to the email address of the person who processed the registration on your behalf. Please contact this person to check if they have received the instructions.
If you still could not locate your login instructions, you can reach the Congress Secretariat via email or via the chatbox on the bottom-right of this page.
My access is not working, what do I do?
You can access the platform via the general link to the ISBT IN FOCUS platform: Here you need to login with the username and password as stated in the email. Please copy-paste the password exactly as it is stated in the email, the password is case-sensitive and must be entered without a space before or after the code.
If you still have difficulties activating your profile, please contact our team via the chatbox on the bottom-right of this page.
I am part of a group and someone else has booked my registration, how should I proceed?
For group registrations the confirmation email and instruction have been sent to the email addresses provided in the registration. If you have not received this communication in your inbox, please check your spam box first. If you cannot find our communication there, please do contact your group leader, he/she will need to get in contact with our team.
How many times can I view the sessions?
Once you have successfully activated your profile you can return to view the recordings at any time and view sessions as many times as you want until 31 August 2021.
How long will I have access to the ISBT IN FOCUS platform?
Following the congress, all sessions will be available on the congress platform for delegates to watch on demand until 31 August 2021.
Where can I find the full programme?
The full programme is available on the ISBT website.
Can I earn CME points by attending ISBT IN FOCUS?
Yes, the ISBT IN FOCUS virtual congress is accredited by the European Board for Accreditation in Hematology (EBAH). Participants will earn credits for each of the educational sessions viewed on the ISBT IN FOCUS platform. A certificate of attendance is available in your profile on the platform.
What can I expect from ISBT IN FOCUS?
The ISBT IN FOCUS virtual congress is an innovative learning experience hosted entirely online. It will allow attendees to browse through all activities (live and on-demand sessions, ePosters, sponsored sessions, etc.) with presentations from worldwide experts in their field.
Will all abstracts be available on the platform?
Yes, all abstracts, oral presentations and poster presentation, are available on the platform.
Will the live sessions be recorded?
The Invited speaker presentations, poster presentations & sponsor presentation will be available on-demand. All interactive sessions are only available for live attendance.
I want to join a session but it’s locked
Admission to sessions are handled based on your registration. If a session is locked you have not registered for this. Please reach out to ISBTregistration@ or to the chat in the right corner of this screen so our team can add this registration to your profile (please note additional costs will apply) mci-group.com
Will there be a virtual exhibition?
Yes, there will be a virtual exhibition. Please visit the “Partners” section on the ISBT In Focus platform.
Will my data be shared with sponsors and exhibitors?
Your data will only be shared if you actively click on sponsored content or visit a virtual booth. Sponsored content can be recognized by a sponsor name or logo. Please note everything on the platform is “clickable”, therefore, if you click on content or a logo your data will be shared with that specific sponsor or exhibitor.
How can I find a sponsor or exhibitor?
On the platform, you can visit the Sponsor section. Here a full overview of all sponsors can be found.
How can I interact with sponsors?
Each sponsor or exhibitor has their own exhibitor page. Here there are several ways to communicate with the sponsor, you can book an appointment or have a live video chat.

How can I interact with fellow participants?
We offer a chat on the main page of the platform. Via the chat you can have a live interaction with everyone who is currently on the platform. Reach out to your peers and have a conversation!
During the live sessions there will be a chat available for all delegates to interact.
Use the Q&A section in the sessions to ask your questions during the sessions.
You can send a Direct Message to the sponsors, plan a one-on-one video call or vide-chat with the sponsors of ISBT IN FOCUS.
What device can I use to access ISBT IN FOCUS?
This platform is accessible via any device that can connect to the Internet via an Internet browser; this could be your desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. The experience is fully responsive to any device. If you login with the same account from a different device, you pick up from where you left off. You can log in from different devices on your ISBT IN FOCUS virtual congress account. However, note that you can only watch sessions on one device at a time. For the best experience we do recommend you join the congress via desktop or laptop.
How do I watch presentations on my mobile device?
This platform is mobile responsive and is automatically formatted to play on most mobile devices. Simply log in on your mobile device. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every mobile device as operating system requirements frequently vary.
Do I have to be online to access the platform?
Yes. ISBT IN FOCUS requires that you are online and logged in to view the content. Also note that you can only watch sessions on one device at a time.
Are there any technical requirements needed to access ISBT IN FOCUS?
This platform is designed to be easily accessible for all delegates. To access the platform, you will simply need a device with audio (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone) and a stable Internet connection.
In order to have the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, but other browsers such as Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Safari. We do not recommend Internet Explorer as some functions, such as the chat, are not fully supported.
