Exempt Membership Application

People eligible for exempt membership are those active in the field of blood transfusion but have difficulty covering the cost of the membership fee. To qualify one should live in a low, lower middle WBI country. The exempt membership lasts three years and you cannot reapply for an extension once the 3 years are through. 

An exempt member enjoys the same benefits as those of an Individual member.

As an applicant you should state clearly why you wish to become an exempt member as this influences admission! Important to note: All applicants are having difficulty covering the membership fees, hence this cannot be your only reason for applying!  Please include a recent CV in your application.  Selection will be carried out regionally by the regional directors!
