Membership
Become a Member of ISBT and be part of an international community of professionals sharing best practices and the latest know-how in blood transfusion and cellular therapies.
Exempt membership
If you live in a low, lower-middle, or upper-middle WBI country, there is an opportunity for you to join ISBT as an Exempt Member: with membership costs covered by ISBT for three years.
Join a Working Party
There are 15 WPs covering the various principles of the transfusion chain. Note: in order to become a member of a WP, you need to be an active ISBT member!
ISBT Education Portal
The ISBT webcast library includes recordings of past congresses as well as webinars and Live Journal Clubs. There are e-learning modules available about transfusion reactions and antigen-antibody reactions.
I TRY IT
The I TRY IT programme is for those young professionals who have little or no experience with conducting research and would like to receive help with starting up a research project in their own area.
Academy Funding
If you are organising an educational activity, you might get supported by ISBT Academy. The ISBT Academy supports educational activities financially, with the ISBT logo or by endorsing courses.
