The NATA Marathon – 24 Hours Around the World in Patient Blood Management

The NATA Marathon 2026 is a unique 24-hour online event that connects experts and societies around the world in a continuous exchange of knowledge and innovation in Patient Blood Management (PBM), haemostasis, and thrombosis.

Organised by NATA,  the Marathon is held in collaboration with 20 specialist societies from across the globe.

Following the sun across time zones, the programme features one-hour sessions hosted by participating societies, each highlighting regional initiatives, research, and best practices in PBM. Every session is created and led by the contributors themselves, allowing full freedom to shape the content and invite speakers.
