Aim of the webinar
The aim of this Live Journal Club was to review universal analytical and administrative tools applicable to blood banks and blood systems, spanning from structured problem identification and prioritization to health program and policy implementation.
Using real-world transfusion and haemovigilance scenarios, the session demonstrated how evidence can be translated into effective programs, implementation strategies, and evaluation frameworks with measurable impact.
