Aim of the webinar:
This webinar builds on the 2024 ISBT session “An Outlook into the Future Blood Centers” and focuses on practical strategies to turn digital transformation visions into operational reality. Participants will learn how end-to-end automation, device-software integration, and data-driven decision making support improvements in areas such as inventory management, staff productivity, quality processes, and donor/recipient care.
